More or less 98 % of Manukan's business activities are anchored in its Poblacion area. Manukan, in the past few years, was commercially poor. But opportunities opened up when the realization of the commercial center took place in 2008. It was a leap forward, which prompted an immediate rise in the economic context of the municipality. So far, the said project went well in exerting a pull on many investors from other places.
